UPDATE FROM THE COORDINATOR

Hello family, friends, and school community, 

I can’t believe we’re heading towards the end of term, and now the end of the year. Throughout the next couple of weeks of term, you’ll either see myself or Ana who will step into my role in my absence, as I support our surrounding schools in being as incredible as we are! 

Our upcoming summer holiday program ‘Fast and Curious’ is now live on FullyBooked to book your child in. We have a jam-packed 4 weeks including our ‘Carnival Spectacular’ where we have our very own TheirCare carnival where we all come together with our surrounding services! Please ensure you book in as early as possible to ensure our service can prepare for the expected numbers, in particular our excursions. 

Please be aware the holiday program flyer is incorrect, and we will not be operating on Wednesday 21st December and Thursday 22nd December.

1.Create an account through www.theircare.com.au 

2.Provide your contact details, any medical conditions And CRN Centrelink details 

3.Select booking dates through your calendar. Casual bookings and regular bookings are available (REMINDER: Bookings made or any changes within 48 hours will incur a small fee)

REMINDERS TO FAMILIES 

- As our numbers are increasing, please ensure you book your children in early, to ensure they arrive safely to the program. Safety is our highest priority! 

- Alternatively, please remember to cancel your bookings should you no longer require using the service. This can be done so via the booking portal or by contacting bundoora@theircare.com.au or 0499 003 109. 

- Please remind all children to bring their hats for outside play. Don’t forget ‘no hat, no play’!
