District Swimming

Well done to our Swimming team who participated in the Ascot Vale District Swimming Carnival.  MPW finished 1st overall in the small schools section. All our competitors did an amazing job.

Good luck to Sophia B, Harry K, Lilly A, Rosie P, Harvey B and our 9/10 girls freestyle relay team (Sophia B, Rosie P, Maddie S & Mae Mc) who will now compete at the Division Championship on Thursday 9th March at Oak Park Pool.

Grade 5/6 Summer Carnival Days

Our Gr 5/6 students will begin training for the up and coming Summer Sport Carnival days to be held on April 3rd & TBC at Fairbairn Park.  We will have teams playing Soccer, Hot Shots Tennis and Cricket on these days.  

If there are any parents or carers who are able to assist on either of these days please let Bree know ASAP.

Team Building

The 5/6 classes have been completing Team Building Challenges as a chance to get to know each other and develop our teamwork and leadership skills before we start our interschool sport program. The groups also had a chance to reflect and evaluate what happened in each challenge.

Congratulations to Room 8 who are our champions for 2023.
