Year 7 Community Project Update

Year 7 happily handed over 24 shoe boxes to the Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child organisers last week. 

From Yo-yo's to frisbees and stationary items, students worked in collaboration to build the shoeboxes and ensure that every box had all items required.

These boxes will be distributed to over 100 countries spreading the gift of Christmas to those less fortunate.

The students and staff of Boorowa Central School are grateful for all of the generous donations they received from the community to enable them to fulfil this positive community project.

Spreading kindness one shoebox at a time this Christmas.
