Changes to our School Fees 

Dear Parents, I thank you in advance for your understanding. In 2022, there will be a slight change to the Taqwa School Fees. 

After much deliberation, we have concluded that our current maintenance costs are much higher than they were previously in the Spence site. Therefore, we will be raising our Maintenance and Building levy from $370.00 to $620.00.  This means that our annual school fees will be $250.00 more per year or $62.20 per term. 

How will this money be used? 

We will employ a gardener to ensure that the grounds are adequately and safely maintained. 

To comply with our legal obligations to service fire extinguishers and alarm systems

To comply with Workplace Health and Safety regulations in maintaining a safe environment for staff and students. 

To complete regular maintenance to our buildings and infrastructure.

To complete landscaping and a new playground in the Preschool Building area. 

To build a new storage shed and covered walkways to the main entrance paths.
