SCHOOL PHOTO DAY

School photo day is on TOMORROW! Orders can be placed through the Compass Portal for individual, class and family packs.

Please see below a few reminders:

** Students are to be dressed neat and tidy in their FULL Summer uniform. This includes black school shoes. NO joggers/sports shoes are to be worn.

** Girls and boys with hair longer than collar length MUST have it tied back.

** If you are wanting to order a sibling photo then the order MUST be placed BEFORE 11.59 pm tonight.

KINDERGARTEN 2024 - ENROLMENTS OPEN

St Francis Xavier’s is now taking enrolments for Kindergarten 2024. If you, or someone you know, has a child eligible to commence Kindergarten next year then please contact the school office for an Enrolment Information Package.

SCHOOL FEES

The Term 1 School Fee statements have been emailed to all families.

Payment options include:

🟢 BPAY - preferred option

🟢 EFTPOS - available at the school front office

🟢 Compass Pay

🟢 Cash or Cheque

🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.

Please remember, if you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.

Our school fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.

School fees are due by Thursday 6th April 2023.

PARENT/TEACHER INTERVIEWS

Our Parent Teacher interviews are being held next week on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th

March 2023. We are striving for every child to be represented in a meeting.

Appointments are to be made online through the Compass Portal. Please contact Ms Hogan at the school office if you require assistance logging into Compass. For further information to make a booking, please refer to the Compass/email notification sent on Tuesday 14th March.

The ability to book an appointment via Compass will close at 3:30pm on Friday 24th March.

GARDEN CLUB FUNDRAISER

The St Francis Xavier'sGarden Club is raising funds to help maintain our wonderful school garden by running a Tesselaar Bulb Fundraiser.

If you are looking to purchase new bulbs in time for next Spring, we would love for you to support our school fundraiser.

Please feel free to share the link with your family and friends. The bulbs are delivered straight to your door so it doesn't matter where you live, you can order through our fundraiser!

EASTER HAT PARADE AND SPECIAL ASSEMBLY

ANZAC DAY MARCH

Each year the students and staff at St Francis Xavier’s take great pride in marching in the Anzac Day parade. This year the children will have their two week holiday break followed by a pupil free day on Monday 24th April and then ANZAC Day on Tuesday 25th April.

What do the children wear? The children wear their full SUMMER uniform including hat and black school shoes.

The March is to commence at 10.30am so could students please assemble at Anzac Avenue (TAFE car park) at 10:10am SHARP!

Parents must collect their child/ren from the Anzac Memorial (RSL) at the end of the official ceremony.
