Athletics Carnival Menu available on Compass
As per previous years, this year the year 3 parents on behalf of the P&F are organising a bbq for the athletics carnival.
We ask that you pre-order your children's and any extra parent/sibling/grandparent orders through Compass prior to Monday 27th June. (remember to select Wednesday 29th as your order day) Alternatively you can also pre-order your lunch on a brown paper bag with correct change and hand it in to Mrs Pittman at the front office before Monday 27th June. All orders MUST be in by the Monday prior to the athletics carnival as this allows us to pre-order items needed for the BBQ. Unfortunately no over the counter BBQ sales will be day will be available on the day.
Year 3 parents will also have Tea/Coffee/Milo available for sale on the day as well as some home cooked treats. Please bring change for this.

Lettuce price and availability
Due to the current lettuce shortage and price hike, we have decided to temporarily suspend lettuce on our wraps and sandwiches. Once prices and availability has settled down we will recommence lettuce on our wraps. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Term 3 roster in progress
Our Term 3 canteen roster is currently in progress. If any Dads are available to cook a bbq, could you please let Karen or Becky know? We currently have 1 x Friday where we have no volunteers. Unfortunately if we can't fill in this day with a bbq we will need to close the canteen for these days.
Chips and gravy for lunch - last day of term 2
As a special treat, Becky and Karen have decided to have a special menu for the last day of term to coincide with the mini vinnie's movie afternoon. Our normal canteen menu will be replaced with chips and gravy (or sauce).

Compass Canteen now available
Families are now able to order and pay for their children's lunch orders online through the Compass App.
If you have any trouble using the Canteen feature in Compass please feel free to read the guide below or send Karen an email on krizzi1@arm.catholic.edu.au
A few things to remember:
There is a $0.20 fee per transaction.
Cut off time for online ordering is 9:30am on the day of canteen. This allows plenty of time for the administration side of things to be completed before our volunteers arrive.
Ordering online is optional but preferred as it limits cash handling. If you still wish to place an order on a brown paper bag, please try and enclose correct money as change is limited due to majority of students using the online ordering option.
Baskets will be placed outside the canteen for teachers to distribute to the students.
Please be assured that frequent hand washing, wearing of gloves and regular safe food handling practices will be adhered to at all times.

WWCC - it is a requirement that ALL PEOPLE (including parents) who spend time working with children in classrooms or working in the canteen provide to the school one of the following:
Working With Children Check - on line application - lasts five years - this is the preferred option.
Working With Children Declaration - only for those who are exempt from the WWCC. Form available at the office - lasts one year - requires one hundred points of identification (we need original or certified copy of documents).
Once again we are asking that those parents who do not have a Working With Children Check please take steps to obtain one. If you already have one, please notify the school of your WWCC number and your date of birth for verification.
