The IT Department have implemented a system in order for the College to deal with technical issues as efficiently as possible. 

 

The procedure for all technical issues must be logged via Compass.   Once in Compass

 

  • Click on the two person icon at the top of the compass dashboard page, (in between the nine dot grid and the star)
  • Click on School Documentation
  • Click on Remote Learning
  • Click on Remote Technical Support
  • Click on email link that will go straight to our technical support staff
  • Click on allow

 

Please ensure you have read all instructions prior to sending your request.

 

We are working on a support kiosk with ticketing system and will notify you when this is available.
