Opening the Doors Walk-a-thon

Last week and this week we have been participating in walk-a-thon during Huff and Puff to raise money for the Opening the Doors Foundation! Students walked or ran on the cross-country track and took with them a special ticket that was hole punched to indicate how many laps that they did. Red house did 192 laps, Green house did 188 laps, Yellow house did 184 laps and Blue house did 211 laps. In total we did 775 laps which is 581.25km!!!!! It was so wonderful seeing all our students run with younger students and help them get 1 or 2 laps each day! 

Thank you to all our sponsors who helped us raise money for the Opening the Doors Foundation! All of the money raised goes straight to Indigenous Victorian students who are in need of access to education and resources. With your help, we were able to raise over $1100!!!!! Thanks so much for all your donations!
