AIC Cross Country
Following the official post-COVID AIC announcement for the 2020 season, the Cross-Country Championships will now take place at Curlew park on Wednesday, August 12th.
This now gives our Cross-Country program a target to work towards with our training with 11 weeks now remaining until the Championships.
We are still in the process of finalising our training arrangements in order to meet the government regulations. As per normal, all relevant Cross-Country information will be emailed to students as it becomes available, hopefully by the end of the week.
For the remainder of this week, runners are encouraged to continue the running program that has been provided to them, looking to increase distances and times where applicable.
