Dance Leadership award - Chelsea Rix

The recipient for this award has taken initiative in leading the program, both on site and remotely and has worked closely with both staff and students to deliver an all-inclusive dance program that engages, challenges and inspires others. 

 

 Dance Engagement award - Alyana Pavlok

The recipient for this award has shown an outstanding level of commitment to the dance program, including attendance, effort, team work and skill development throughout the year.

 

The Kwong Lee Dow Award - Chelsea Rix

To be eligible for this award, this student has demonstrated academic performance which has placed them in the top 5 per cent of their year level and has demonstrated evidence of leadership, active citizenship and community involvement. In addition to this, the student was required to submit an extensive written application which highlighted their outstanding achievements. As a successful applicant, this student will have a broad range of opportunities should they undertake an undergraduate course at the University of Melbourne in 2022. 


The Jim Crawshaw community Service Award -  Freya Hollingworth and Sophie Price 

This is named in honour of Jim for his wonderful support of the College and Mount Eliza community. The award is given to a student that has demonstrated voluntary contributions to the College community and beyond. 

 

The ADF (Australian Defence Force) Future Innovators Award - Natasha Bates

ADF Award recognises students who demonstrate leadership and teamwork within both the school and the broader local community. At the same time, they recognise those who display strong values such as doing one’s best, respect for others and mateship, characteristics that are integral to Australian society. 

 

The Australian Defence Force Long Tan Youth Leadership and Teamwork Award - James Richards

THE ADF award recognises students who demonstrate leadership and teamwork within both the school and the broader local community. At the same time, they recognise those who display strong values such as doing one’s best, respect for others and mateship, characteristics that are integral to Australian society.

Monash Scholars Award 

Natasha Bates, Jayden D’Silva, Aaron Tran

Monash Scholars is a prestigious program for high achieving secondary school students. The program is offered by Monash University to give high potential students a unique head start into university life. It provides opportunities for personal and academic development, as well as, giving students the knowledge, skills and confidence to make the right study choices. It also enables them to expand their network of like-minded peers.
