Join Us for Snacks and a Chat

Kai and Talanoa, in general terms, mean Food (in Māori) and Telling your story (in Pasifika).

We would love YOU to join us for an evening of discussion and snacks on Thursday, 23 February, from 7 pm to 8 pm in our Senior School ILE building.

We are hoping to encourage families from all our many representative cultures at Western Heights to come to join us for a low-key evening of group discussion and chats. There will be a selection of snack food provided, and it will only take an hour of your time.

This is your school, and we really want to hear from you.

We will invite parents to get into small groups and have a chat about two topics. We will provide a scribe to capture your ideas; no names will be attached. Later my Lead Team and I will look at the ideas and see what common themes and ideas come up and use them to help us better meet your needs and better incorporate your cultures into our school.
