Resource Centre News

The Resource Centre begins the second school term with a reflective display honouring the ANZAC spirit, ANZAC Day (Sunday April 25th) and remembering those men and women who have served and are serving in many capacities both at home and around the world as well as those who have fought and died in conflicts in many theatres of war.
“They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.”
For the Fallen, a poem by the English poet and writer Laurence Binyon
A collection of newly arrived books is on display and ready for borrowing. Books include several series: Liars by Jack Heath, Magisterium by Holly Black, Villains by Serena Valentino and One Piece by Eiichiro Oda.
A wonderful collection of Night Lights has been provided for display in the Resource Centre by Mr Hegvold’s Year 8 class for the College community to enjoy. We thank these students for providing us with the opportunity to display their completed projects.
