Game Street Easement
A request to parents and staff who use the Game Street entrance near the gymnasium.
Please ensure you do not drive across the Lower Murray Water easement when entering or leaving this area. The land where the old channel was located is getting damaged, particularly in wet weather, because cars are driving across this space and onto Channel Road.
We are currently working on the development of a staff parking area, which will greatly alleviate the congestion around the Game Street entrance, but we would appreciate your assistance in the meantime.
Merbein Rotary Community Christmas Carols Information for Prep - Year 3
The Merbein Rotary Community Christmas Carols will be held on Friday December 2nd starting with a BYO picnic tea about 6.30. at Kenny Park.
Students in Prep – Year 3 are practising some Christmas Carols in class to perform on stage. Attendance is not compulsory but it is a great opportunity for students to perform to an audience and to share the Christmas Spirit.
Any bright Christmassy clothes are fine. (They won’t need to be in school uniform)
Our group will be performing about 7.30 for 8-10 minutes. There will be other schools performing after our choir, as well as some community choirs performing. Once the students have performed, they are to be collected by a family member.
Please keep this date free if you can with your children and families.
More details closer to the event will be shared with you.
Be Organised for Class
A reminder to students to arrive to class ready to learn and with the necessary equipment (computer, pen and book).
It would be appreciated if parents could please have a talk with students to make sure they have the necessary equipment at school, about being organised and attending class ready to learn.
Variety Night
Students from Merbein P-10 College showcase their talents across the performing arts in Dance, Music, and Drama. We are pleased to be back live after a two-year hiatus.
