CREATIVE ARTS NEWS…

In Creative Arts this term, our main focus is on the famous Post-Impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh.

Each week as every grade attends Creative Arts, we will be concentrating on some of his paintings, and looking at his techniques and style.

In parallel with our study of Vincent Van Gogh, the National Gallery Of Victoria presents the

exhibition of ‘Van Gogh and the Seasons.’   This is exclusive to Melbourne and has the largest collection of Van Gogh’s artworks to ever travel to Australia.  The exhibition will be on from 28th April to 9th July 2017.

If there is an opportunity for a family outing, this would further enhance the student’s understandings and knowledge on Vincent Van Gogh.   If you are interested in more information regarding this exhibition please visit the following website: www.ngv.vic.gov.au

Thank you in advance for your support.
