Welcome

Welcome back to 2020! A brand new year in a brand new space with four classes of 5/6 students. Our flexible learning environment allows us to optimise learning experiences in the moment. This is a clear shift away from the teacher lecturing at the front of the room and an opportunity whereby teachers and students become co-collaborators in learning experiences. Camp to Canberra in Term 2, from Monday 20th-24th April will add another fantastic opportunity to build positive lifelong school memories. Inter-school sports start this Friday so students will wear their sports uniform. Homework has also begun this week. As in previous years in an effort to reduce the use of paper, homework will be emailed to students. All students have access to their school Google drive. Students are expected to bring their diaries to school daily and have nightly reading recorded. We look forward to another fantastic year working as partners in your child’s learning.
