2024 Subject Selections

  1. All students in Years 8-11 received an email on Friday 16th June to the email account they use for TEAMS (eg .....@schools.vic.edu.au) with their personal webcode so they can access the "Webchoice" subject selection portal.
  2. The "Webchoice" subject selection portal https://my.edval.education/login opened on Monday 19th June at 4pm, and students commenced submitting their preferences for 2024 subjects. These selections can be amended at any time before the closing date. 
  3. The G10 Summit was held at the Holloway Road campus for all students in Years 9 & 10 on Monday 19th June 2023 to assist them in preparing for their 2024 subject pathways.
  4. All students in Years 9 & 10 will attend a scheduled Course counselling interview this week (20th - 23rd June) to guide them through the subject selection process.
  5. The "Webchoice" subject selection portal will close on Monday 10th July so all preferences must be submitted by this date so the 2024 timetable creation process can commence.
  6. 2024 course confirmation emails will be sent to all students in Years 8-11 in Term 4.

(Students will be timetabled in six elective units)

(Dance Academy, Sports Academy, Chinese and French 

are full year subjects so count as two elective units)

 

NOTE - Students should list their subject preferences on "Webchoices" in order of importance and select "back-up" subjects carefully as they may be required during timetable construction.
