Sports Day

Unfortunately our Sports Day had to be postponed due to inclement weather. The new date for the Sports Day will be Wednesday November 30. This is in the middle of Aquatic Education, making it a full week of physical activity and fun.

From Greenland To Blueland

The children were very excited to access our new 'Blueland' for the first time last week. The PE teacher was also very excited to welcome the students onto the newly laid turf! We are also very fortunate to have new markings on the surface with a basketball court, netball court and soccer pitch all featured. We again have the athletics track but with a 100m marker and relay changeovers.

Aquatic Education

Aquatic Education is now just over a month away and you will be receiving a survey shortly to indicate your child's experience and ability in the water. Given that we haven't had Aquatic Education since 2019 it is really important that the survey is filled out accurately as it is virtually the only data we have for the students and it helps grouping each child in the appropriate level.

The 5/6 Girl's Basketball Team

On Friday October 14 the girl's basketball team travelled out to Diamond Valley for the Sporting School's Victoria Division Play Off. The girl's put in a good effort but unfortunately lost both matches narrowly. Their attention now turns to the Basketball Victoria region Play Off which the girls' had separately qualified for. This will take place on November 3 at Mill Park Stadium from 9.30 - 2.30.
