AGMs 31 May 2020

The AGM’s of the congregation and school will be held Sunday May 31st at 11:30am.  Both entities will be addressed in the same meeting to assist meeting chair and video moderators to process information.

Part of the school agenda involves adopting a new constitution. To ensure the process is open and transparent, the School will host a 'Zoom meeting' on 7pm May 28, to outline the background, the proposed changes and answer any questions.  To  forward questions and register your attendance please email Council Chair- Matt Schmidt on m.schmidt@achpersa.com.au and a meeting link will be shared with you.

To assist in a smooth flow on the meeting day it is important that you read through this information and for ward questions related to the church AGM to churchenquiries@paravista.org.au  This will allow questions to be answered with responses sent back out to all members prior to the meeting.  Cut off for emailed/written questions prior to the meeting will be Thursday 28th May 2020.
