The dietitians at Anson Street School are currently completing a project to find out what you think the main nutrition issues are at the school. We would love to hear what you think about this topic so we can target these areas.

Anyone in the community is welcome to complete the short survey. It consists of 10 questions and all answers are anonymous. The estimated time of completion is 1-2 minutes.
