College matters 

Bell times - period 4 

Period 4 will be revert back to 2pm to 3.15pm for all year levels from Monday 27 July.

To assist with social distancing a staggered school end time was introduced for Year 10 to 12 when all students were on site. With only VCE students on campus their bell times for period 4 have returned to the same as other year levels. 

Parent teacher student interviews 

Parent teacher student interviews will be conducted online in August. Full details of the process will be distributed to parents and students by News Feed soon. The key dates are:

VCE students

Year 12: Friday 14 August - Interim reports available and bookings open 

Year 11: Monday 17 August - Interim reports available and bookings open

Year 11 & 12: Wednesday 19 August - PTS interviews, 2pm to 6pm

Year 7 to 10 students

Thursday 20 August - Interim reports available and bookings open 

Thursday 27 August - PTS interviews, 1.30pm to 8pm

Uniform

Bob Stewart Mentone has adjusted its opening hours due to Stage 3 restrictions. They are open Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm and Saturday  9am to 1pm. There is a  click and collect service or postage for a flat rate of $14.95.

The PFA second hand uniform shop is closed until further notice. 

Canteen

While only VCE students are on campus the canteen will be reducing its hours. It will close at recess on Wednesday and Friday. 

Level Crossing Removal Project

Trains returned to the Frankston line between Moorabbin and Mordialloc and the Mentone station opening ahead of schedule on Monday 20 July. The train replacement bus service provided for students after school has stopped. Students using the Frankston line to travel in either direction need to make their own way to Mentone station.  

The relocation of the station and ongoing construction works makes the walk from Mentone station to the school a few minutes longer. Students should plan for that extra travel time to ensure they arrive at class on time.
