Physical Education

To finish off Term 2 Physical Education, all Junior School PE classes completed a Dance Unit to explore creativity, build confidence and utilise team work and collaboration. After completing a series of dance tutorials, the students created a short routine.

Movement and dance are extremely expressive, which can allow you to escape and let loose, improving your mental and emotional health by reducing stress, decreasing the symptoms of anxiety and depression, and boosting your self-esteem.

During this period of lockdown, we are encouraging all of you to put on some music &and dance!

Here is an example of our Year 8s to put a smile on your face. Dance Queens
