2023 College Bell Times

Over the last several weeks, the school has been working on reviewing the bell times for 2023 in line with the changes within the new Victorian Government School Schools Agreement 2022. Each lesson in 2023 will be 48 minutes in length (a reduction by 1 one minute). Recess will be 25 minutes  and lunch will be 50 minutes in length. The school day will commence at 8:50 am and still finish at 3:04pm.

Attendance Office

The Attendance Officer, Marie Taylor, has a direct line for parents to report student absences or to pick up students early from school.  If students are leaving early they will need a note from a parent. Please call before 12 noon if picking up students early.

The College also has a PRESS 1 option for attendance if you call on the college telephone number 9390 3130.

Students arriving late or leaving early must report to the Attendance Office.

Sick Bay

The college's registered nurse, Carmel Gusman, is available at the school Monday - Thursday from 9.00am - 3.00pm.  The sickbay also has a relief first aide trained attendant on Fridays 9.00am - 3.00pm. 

All students not feeling well should report to the sickbay.  

Camps/Excursion Payments

All excursion/incursion permission slips are available on COMPASS. If payments are made on COMPASS a permission slip is not required. All excursion payments made at the office must be accompanied with a signed permission slip. Payments cannot be accepted after the event is closed.

PLEASE NOTE: THE GENERAL OFFICE DOES NOT PRINT OFF EXCURSION FORMS/PERMISSIONS SLIPS.  STUDENTS  ARE ABLE TO DO THIS AT SCHOOL.   PARENTS AND STUDENTS CAN ALSO PRINT THEM AT HOME.

All excursion/incursion and camp payments can be made on COMPASS.  If you have lost your password or are having difficulties with COMPASS please email IT on it@tlsc.vic.edu.au

Lost Property

Please ensure students have their names on all clothing items and books.

Lost property is located in the Technology Teacher Workspace and lost property items are posted on Compass from time to time.
