LIBRARY BORROWING DAYS
Each week all students have a library time during which they browse and borrow books. We have an extensive collection of quality fiction and non-fiction books from which to choose from. Please encourage your child to bring a library bag each week to borrow and to read regularly.
Your child has library on the following days:
Tuesday: 1/2L
Wednesday: KB, 3MP
Thursday: KJ, 4/5L, 5/6BG
Friday: 1/2M, 1/2D, 3/4P, K-6 Koalas
STORY BOX LIBRARY
National Simultaneous Storytime
National Simultaneous Storytime will be held on Wednesday 24 May 2023, at 11:00am.
This free, fun, online event promotes the value of reading and literacy. Each year, an Australian children’s book is chosen to be read simultaneously in schools and libraries all over Australia. This year’s chosen book is ‘The Speedy Sloth’, written by Rebecca Young, and illustrated by Heath McKenzie.
If you would like to participate at home, everyone can join, and it’s free!

BOOK CLUB
Book Club Issue 3 is out now!. If you would like to place an order, you can register for LOOP and pay electronically by credit card. Please visit scholastic.com.au/LOOP or download the LOOP app. Your order will be electronically linked to the school for free delivery to school.
Please place your order by Thursday 11th May. The office will not accept any cash payments.
