What’s Coming Up?

Bunnings BBQ – Saturday 17th August

Moonee Ponds West will be hosting the Bunnings Maribyrnong BBQ on Saturday 17th August. This is always a great day with high demand for a Bunnings Sausage and a great fundraiser for our school. We would love your help with ensuring the day runs successfully. If you can spare a couple of hours on the day to help with either cooking, serving or general preparation please sign up here

 Parent Function - Friday 11th October

We also need your help! We will be running Live and Silent auctions along with Raffle Hampers to support the event.  We are looking for items for the Auctions from substantial through to smaller along with items that may contribute towards our Hampers. Do you have connections where you  might be able to source items as a donation or perhaps a substantial discount? Some examples of donations might be a Weekend away in a Holiday House, a Hotel stay, Dinner for 2, Homewares, Sporting Goods, Non-perishable food items, Service or Goods Vouchers, Electronics, Memberships, to name a few! If you can help we would love to hear from you – please get in touch via the School Office!  The fundraising team will also be seeking the support of local businesses but it would be great to hear what our School Community has to offer!
