Parent Teacher Interviews

Dear Students and Families,

We are proceeding with our Semester 2 Parent Teacher Interviews on Wednesday 15th September, however these will be conducted online and remotely via Webex sessions.

In preparation for the interview that has been booked, the class teacher will send out the meeting details via email prior to the interview for families to access at the scheduled time.

• These meetings can be accessed via a telephone number or an online link.
• Families will log into the link and Webex will notify the teacher that someone is waiting in the ‘lobby’ and teachers will then be able to start the conference.
• Interpreters will also be able to join the meeting and can be requested when booking your interview time.  Wednesday 
• There will be no regular classes running on the day.
• Year 12 students will complete a practice English exam in the morning, from 9am until 12:15pm.

These interviews are for our students in years 7 to 11 and are a valuable opportunity for students to reflect on their learning across Term 3 and to set goals for themselves for the rest of the year.

We look forward to being able to discuss your child’s progress and to celebrate the successes from Term 3 remote learning.
