Principal's Message

Dear CSC Community,

As we come to the end of another term, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on the moments that have carried us through what has been a difficult lockdown.

Whether it was getting outside in the first sunny days of spring, submitting a piece of work or even contributing a positive interaction on WebEx – all these seemingly small moments knit together creating a fabric of resilience that our community can be proud of.

I am very proud of all CSC students, who continue to persevere during this difficult time, and am thankful to parents and guardians who are supporting education in lockdown. It is your dedication that has seen average attendance during this period of remote learning increase by 6 per cent compared to the last period of remote learning.

I thank teachers and education support staff for their ongoing efforts to support students, not only in WebEx classes, but by making themselves available via email and providing support through advocacy check-ins.

To all CSC students and families, I hope the upcoming break provides you with an opportunity to relax and restore before we come together again in Term 4.

Warm Regards,

Kate Morphy.
