WELLBEING

Discos, hot chips and AFL! What a way to end the term.

Disco was the theme of our final day of Term 2.  Our Year 6 Community Leaders ran 3 wonderful dance parties with lots of involvement from each of our Junior, Middle and Senior Students.

Limbo was a lot of fun but I think bobs and statues was definitely the favourite of the day.

Thank you to all the students for participating and having lots of fun!

Also on our last day of Term 2 we celebrated our House Points Challenge winners. During the term students are awarded House Points from any staff member who believes a student is displaying positive examples of the school expectations. Our Term 2 House Points winner went to Byrne (Red). On our final day of term all students in the Byrne house were treated to hot chips!

On the first Sunday of the holidays our wonderful Year 6 teacher Mrs Black played in her first VFLW preliminary final. A call was put out to our community to support Sarah and it certainly worked! Her team won their preliminary final and played in the Grand Final the following week, where they finished runners up for the season. Well done Mrs Black you made us all very proud!
