News from 3/4

On Wednesday, Grade 3 and 4 students walked to Upper Yarra Secondary School to see the Musical Theatre Showcase. Here are some excerpts from the thank you letters that the children wrote to the performers. We were focussing on accurate punctuation, including using quotation marks for song names.

I liked the performance with “Gee, Officer Krupke”. I liked when the officer fell back into the people. ~ Cameron

My favourite showcase was ‘Fabulous’ from ‘High School Musical 2’. I also really enjoyed ‘Gee, Officer Krupke’! It was really funny. ~ Harpa
