Foundation 2023 Transition

As the end of the year is approaching, we have our final Foundation Transition Sessions coming up for our Foundation 2023 students.  Transition sessions are an important time for your child to become familiar with their environment, know some of the boundaries, and become familiar with some of the staff that will be working with them.  We hope to see all students attending the remaining sessions (even if only for part of the time).

If you have friends or family who are still yet to make a confirmed decision about their school for next year, they are welcome to attend.

The dates are as follows:

Friday 18th November 2022 - 8:45 - 9:45am

This session will begin with Morning Fitness (all foundation students together) and then a session with the STEAM Teacher.  Please meet under the shade sails.

Parents are invited to meet in the staffroom for a cup of tea or coffee while the children are engaged in the activities and meet with Nicholas Boyhan and have a Q&A  session about the beginning of next year.

Wednesday 30th November 2022 8:45-9:45am

This session will begin with Morning Fitness (all foundation students together) and then a session with the Foundation Teacher creating some Christmas Craft with their buddies for 2023. Please meet under the shade sails.

Parents are welcome to meet in the staffroom for a cup of tea or coffee while the children are engaged in the activities.

Tuesday 6th December 8:45am - 11:30am

This is a whole group Transition Session in the classroom designated for next year.  It is an opportunity for students to meet their buddies, look around the classroom and do some fun and engaging activities with each other.  Students will also have an opportunity to play in the playground with the rest of the school.

Parents are welcome to meet in the staffroom for a cup of tea or coffee while the children are engaged in the activities or you may like to have some time to yourself while the students are at school.
