Antarctica Festival Penguins
Back in 2020, Newham PS students collaborated to decorate these penguins for the Antarctica Festival in Hobart. We did some interesting learning about Antarctica then but, as we all know, lots of things were cancelled that year. Our penguin colony had to stay at school. At long last, the Antarctica Festival was on again this year and we were able to send the penguins down to Hobart for it. They looked incredible on display and visitors enjoyed checking them all out. The beautiful penguins have now journeyed back to school again, so keep an eye out for them.
