David Gaberle (2009)
David Gaberle (pictured above with ECP Librarian, Michael Hubbell and Headmaster, Dr Nigel Brown) came into school last month to present the library with a copy of his book Metropolight, an impressive collection of photographs and commentary on street life in cities around the world. It was reviewed in one of the leading UK broadsheets, The Guardian here:

Odessa Primus (2012)
We have been following Odessa’s work with refugees in Lesbos and the Lebanon and she came into school last year to share her experiences with current students. Now she has been invited to speak as a Young Leader at the European Commission's EUdevDays 2017 on 8 June in Brussels as part of this high-powered panel:

Sledujeme práci Odessy s uprchlíky na ostrově Lesbos a v Libanonu. Loni navštívila Anglické gymnázium, aby se podělila o své zkušenosti se současnými studenty. Patricie Fuxová (2010)
Patricie is still remembered at the English College for her great voice and she has generously performed for us on several occasions, the last time being at the Open Mic in November. Now her music has taken her in a different direction, with her new band VESNA, described as the female Čechomor. And last month they performed at Galerie Hauche in front of an audience that included several ECP members of staff and fellow graduates.
The evening was a good example of ECP graduates continuing to collaborate together after leaving school as the dance element of the spectacular evening was provided by another ECP graduate, Lilia Khousnoutdinova (2005).

Patricii si na Anglickém gymnáziu stále pamatujeme kvůli jejímu skvělému hlasu, také velkoryse vystupovala na několika našich akcích, naposledy na listopadovém koncertu Open Mic. Nyní se její hudba vydala jiným směrem, s novou kapelou VESNA, označovanou jako dámský Čechomor. Minulý měsíc vystoupili v galerii Hauche před publikem, včetně několik členů ECP a absolventů.
Večer byl dobrým příkladem networkingu mezi absolventy ECP, kteří po ukončení školy spolupracují, jelikož tanečním prvkem velkolepého večera bylo vystoupení další absolventky ECP, Lilie Khousnoutdinové (2005).
Petra Freddi (née Nováková) (1998)
Petra is Director, Business and Program Development, Asia Center for the Milken Institute, a non-profit, non-partisan think tank and she interviewed Manny Roman, CEO of the American investment management firm Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) at the Milken Institute’s 20th annual conference in Los Angeles last month.
Petra je ředitelkou pro rozvoj podnikání Asijského centra Milken Institute, neziskového a nestranného think-tanku. U 20. výročí společnosti Milken Institute vedla na nedávné konferenci v Los Angeles rozhovor s Manny Romanem, generálním ředitelem americké investiční společnosti Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO).
Nika Kupyrova (2004)
Congratulations to Nika Kupyrova, who graduated from the English College in 2004. Nika is one of the winners of this year’s Erst Bank MehrWERT Art prizes.

She is preparing for a solo exhibition in das weisse haus later this year. Nika is keen to share her experience of making a career in the arts and has been into school to talk to students considering a similar career path.

Připravuje se na sólovou výstavu v das weisse haus ve druhé polovině tohoto roku. Nika sdílí své zkušenosti z umělecké kariéry a navštěvuje ECP, aby si promluvila se studenty, kteří zvažují podobnou kariéru.
Barbora Kohoutová (2008)
Barbora has been very successful in turning her love of sport into a fascinating career. She is currently working in Bonn at the International Paralympic Committee as their Para Ice Hockey Manager and is currently preparing for the next Winter Olympics in South Korea. In her spare time, Barbora enjoys playing ice hockey herself. Here she is (third from the right on the back row) with her team, KEC Haie, winners of the regional finals in April.
Barbora je velmi úspěšná, podařilo se jí proměnit svou vášeň pro sport ve fascinující kariéru. V současné době pracuje v Bonnu v Mezinárodním paralympijském výboru jako manažerka týmu Para Ice Hockey a připravuje se na příští zimní olympijské hry v Jižní Koreji. Barbora si ve svém volném čase užívá ledního hokeje. Na fotografii je (třetí zprava v zadní řadě) se svým týmem KEC Haie, vítězem regionálního finále z dubna.
Zdena Gabaľová (2005)
Zdena Gabaľová is another graduate who plays an unusual sport - American Football - and her team, the Prague Harpies, are looking for new players. Although you have to be 18 to play competitively, younger students are very welcome to train with the team at the Sportovní areál Na Šancích, Turínská 1, Praha 15-Hostivař. An unconventional activity idea for CAS, perhaps? If you are interested, please contact gina.hearn@englishcollege.cz
Not only do Zdena and the Harpies enjoy playing American football together, they donate blood together and if any fans are nervous about giving blood, they are happy to take them along. Some have even registered as bone marrow donors.
Zdena Gabaľová je další absolventkou, která hraje neobvyklý sport - americký fotbal - a její tým Pražské Harpyje hledá nové hráče. I když vám musí být 18 let, abyste mohli soutěžit, mladí studenti jsou ve Sportovním areálu Na Šancích, Turínská 1, Praha 15-Hostivař vítáni taktéž. Možná je to nápad na nekonvenční činnost pro CAS? Nejen, že Zdena a její tým Harpyje hrají společně americký fotbal, ale také společně darují krev, a pokud jsou někteří fanoušci ohledně dárcovství nervózní, rádi je vezmou s sebou. Některé členky týmu jsou dokonce registrovány jako dárci kostní dřeně.
