School Fees and Fee Remission for 2022
If you are struggling to make payments, please be assured of the school’s support for your family during these difficult times.
Parents/caregivers experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to apply for a fee remission ASAP. Please email accounts@sgs.catholic.edu.au for a fee remission form if you wish to apply.
We assure parents/caregivers that all details provided will be kept strictly confidential.
OSHC Accounts
Please note OSHC accounts are 7 day accounts, please ensure payment is made promptly each week after your receive your account via email. If you are struggling to pay, please call Alison on 8216 9902 to discuss fee payment and assistance options.

OSHC - Change of software provider effective from Monday 30th January 2023
Please note we will be changing from Spike software to Fully booked software (Web based) for OSHC for the commencement of the 2023 school year for before and after school care. We will still run the December 2022/January 2023 Vacation care in the current Spike software - you can still make and cancel bookings for Vacation Care in Spike.
We will require families who use OSHC and wish to make bookings for Before and After School for 2023 to re-enrol at the link below. (No $20 enrolment fee for existing families)
FullyBooked software for OSHC commencing 30th January 2023
Please re-enrol your children using the link below as soon as possible to ensure you are set up and can make and cancel bookings for OSHC for 2023 before and after school care:

Families will be asked to nominate a bank account or credit card to have regular weekly deductions made for their OSHC invoices through Ezi Debit, which is linked to their FullyBooked account.
School Card
Applications for 2022 have now closed. School card information for 2023 will be available in January 2023.
