Cross Country

Our students were busy running at Southern Metropolitan and State Cross Country at the end of term 2. We are so proud of all of our athletes who pushed themselves to represent Sandringham College at these levels. Thank you to the parents who escorted their children at the state level.

Year 7 & 8 sport

In the final week of term 2 we saw a high representation of year 7 and 8 students compete for the title of Kingston Division champion in the winter sports. Unfortunately we didn't come home with any pennants but as always, our students were outstanding!

Kingston division athletics

We have up to 70 students representing Sandringham College at Kingston division athletics on Thursday 24th August at Duncan MacKinnon reserve. This event is now live on Compass. Please ensure your child doesn't miss out in representing our college by making payment and granting permission as soon as possible.

Students were selected from at school try-outs and from results at our college athletics in May. If your child is unable to attend the Kingston competition, can you please notify Erin Carter at your nearest convenience erin.carter@education.vic.gov.au

Term 3 sports

Futsal, Hockey, Basketball, Table tennis & Lacrosse

If your child has signed up for one of these teams. Please ensure they are attending the training sessions. Some teams have already been selected but other teams are still open. Please contact Erin Carter for more information.

Compass deadline

All sport events close 3 business days before the competition. Please ensure you have made payment and granted permission for your child to attend their chosen sport, otherwise they will not be able to participate.
