Vacation Care

We will be running our Vacation Care program in the first week of the upcoming school holidays (21-25 Sept). Please see the attached document for details of all the fun things the Base Team have planned for the week. Bookings can be made through the Home app or by emailing oshc@buninyongps.vic.edu.au   

New software program – Xplor / Home

Thank you all for your patience during the transition to Xplor. It has been a bit confusing but I’m sure as we all start to use it more, it will become second nature. 

All families should have received an Xplor welcome email inviting you to create a password for your parent profile. If you have not received the email, please let me know and I will send it again. Also on the email, there are details of how to download the Home app. The app is great as you can see your bookings, request extra days, view your finances and receive messages and notifications. You can also use the app to sign your kids in or out of the service.  

New billing cycle

 As previously stated, billing will now occur fortnightly on Thursdays. The next due date is Thursday 10 September 2020. On that day accounts will be debited for any outstanding amount plus the cost of any bookings for the following week. Should you have any questions or issues with your account, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We will no longer be sending fortnightly statements as families can now access statements through the app.

Casual bookings

 When a casual booking is made through the app you are asked to select a start and end time rather than the session, e.g. Before School Care, After School Care or Vacation Care. It would be great if you could please pop in the comment section which session you require, i.e. BSC, ASC or VC. This will make your request clear and ensure your child/ren are booked in for the correct session.
