On Friday, October 21st, Craigieburn Secondary College competed in the Year 7 Volleyball Metropolitan Finals at the Darebin International Stadium.  It was an outstanding achievement that our school had teams competing at this level of competition in both the boys' and girls' divisions.

During the competition, both teams played three school within their draw. The girls managed to win two of their games while the boys were competitive in two of their three matches.

It was great to witness all our students representing the school extremely well and socialising with students from other schools, which included playing unofficial games ‘just for fun’.

On behalf of Miss Hawtin and Mr Owen, we want to commend both teams on their achievement this year and look forward to what another year of preparation will bring to the Yr 8 Volleyball Team in 2023.
