IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WELCOME TO FISHER

We hope that you have had a relaxing and safe break and you are ready for another busy year. It has been very pleasing to see students settle into the routines within the Fisher building and develop new friendships, as well as foster old ones. We look forward to seeing all students thrive and achieve success and grow throughout the year. The teaching and learning newsletters now heavily focus on and describe the specific learning intentions from learning areas and programs taught at LNPS. They encompass the knowledge, skills and understanding students should be able to demonstrate at that year level. 

 The newsletter supports the Fisher handbook that was sent home in Week 1. The handbook provided families with information on the everyday operations of the school, key information, as well as an outline of how we approach learning at LNPS.

Our school values of Respect, Honesty, Pursuit of Excellence and Care and Concern underpin all expectations at LNPS. The ultimate goal is for LNPS students to exhibit characteristics of successful learners. Students who are continually aiming high, knowing what they are learning, what success looks like, and acting upon feedback.

COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF

Regular communication is key to supporting our students be successful and happy both at school and at home. We encourage open communication with your child's teacher throughout the year.
