Kelly Club
Kelly Club are continuing to offer After School Care, and plans are in place for a Summer Holiday Program. Please contact Hannah at Kelly Club for all bookings and inquiries. preshil@kellycluboshc.com.au
Parent Meetings
At this stage all parent meetings are to continue over Zoom. Should you need to come on campus or into reception for late arrival or early departure, please ensure that you have the correct face mask on and that you sanitise your hands on entering the Arlington building.

Chess
Chess coaching with Chess Masters has commenced and will run until Thursday December 3 from 4pm to 5pm. Lessons will need to take place at home as they will be conducted on Zoom, and on the lichess.org website. Information on how to join will be sent to the participants. The cost is $160 for the term. Please call Deb at reception for more details.
Due to staffing limitations in adherence to their COVID-19 Safe Plan, Classroom Cuisine has resumed its service from Wednesdays to Fridays only.
2021 Instrumental Music Program
The Music Handbook and Tuition Contract for 2021 have been sent to families. They are also available below.
Whether your child will be returning to the program in 2021 or would like to take up tuition for the first time with one of our highly qualified professional tutors, you will need to complete a contract accepting the terms and conditions.
We ask that you kindly return the contract to the office or email deb.wright@preshil.vic.edu.au by Wednesday 4 November 2020; we will then confirm with our tutors their student list and they in turn can plan their Term 1 timetable.
Update: instrumental music lessons in Term 4
Current advice from the Department of Education and Training regarding COVID-19 restrictions for this term dictate that Voice, Brass and Woodwind lessons cannot be held onsite. This is based on greater evidence regarding the potential spread of aerosols and droplets from the use of woodwind instruments and voice projection. As such, these lessons will continue online. We will keep you updated as further advice is to hand.
Bus Service
Panorama Coaches are pleased to announce Private School Services will be improved for 2021 to service a wider area to more schools.
The 4 services to trial during Term 1 will service: Doreen/Mernda, Diamond Creek, Kangaroo Ground, and Reservoir. All runs will meet at an Interchange Point where students can then board a bus to their school. In the afternoon, students will be picked up from their school, and transferred to the correct service at the afternoon Interchange point.
