End of Year Information

With the end of the year upon us there is some information you need to know.

Last Day

Bus travelers will stay at school until 2:30pm on Tuesday.  Students walking home or being picked up will be dismissed at 1:30pm.

Lockers

Important -  All lockers need to be cleaned out.  Any students that haven't done this already may come in anytime Monday between 8:00am and 4:00pm to do so.  Please come in via the main College office.  Anything left in lockers after Monday will be disposed of.

Conveyance Allowance

Students who are eligible for a bus pass/conveyance will need to fill in an application form each year.  You can collect these from the College office until December 20th 2022 or from January 27th 2023

CSEF

Families who are eligible for CSEF (you must have a Health Care or Pension Card) only need to fill out a form if you have changed your details.  Otherwise it will roll over each year.

Forms can be collected from  the College office until December 20th 2022 or from January 27th 2023.

Uniform Shop for 2023

The uniform shop opening times for 2023:

-Monday 23rd January from 1:30pm to 6:30pm

-Wednesday 25th January from 10:00am to 3:00pm

-Friday 27th January from 8:30am to 4:30pm

The uniform shop will be held in the College Library.

Book Collection

If you have ordered your child's books online from Collins Bookstore they may be collected from the College canteen on Friday 27th January between 8:30am and 4:30pm.  

Parent Payment Schedule

Attached is a copy of the Parent Payment Schedule and requisites list for 2023 as approved by School Council.  

Second Hand Text Books for Top Math Groups in 2023 for Sale

The College has a limited number of second hand Essential Mathematics 2nd Edition text books for sale.  These text books are for the top Math groups in years 8, 9 & 10.  

Books can be purchased for $30, however students will be unable to access the online programs if they purchase one second hand.   An online access key can be purchased via the Cambridge website, or Collins Books for around $16.

If you would like to purchase one of the text books please contact the College office.

If your child is in one of the top Math classes you will have received an email from the school.  If you are unsure please contact the College office.
