FETE INFORMATION
Final Fete Update
We are almost there!!! Just a few last minute things to sort before the day. We appreciate that it has been a very busy term so far. Thanks to all of our amazing families for your generosity, patience and support. It is going to be an amazing day!
VOLUNTEERS - Only 9 shifts left!
We have had an amazing response to our call-out for volunteers with only 9 out of 149 shifts yet to be filled. They are as follows:
- 11:30-1:30 - Mini Golf x 1
- 11:30-1:30 - Sand Art x 2
- 11:30-1:30 - Spinning Wheel Spruiker x 1
- 11:30-1:30 - Spinning Wheel Ticket sales x 2
- 1:30- 3:30 - BBQ x 1
- 1:30- 3:30 - Devonshire Tea x1
- 1:30- 3:30 - Mexican x 1
- 1:30- 3:30 - Spinning Wheel Ticket sales x1
If you haven’t already signed up, please consider doing so - there is help available if you are unsure, and many shifts involve just being an extra pair of hands during peak times. If you have already signed up for other shifts but are able to contribute more of your time - please do so - your help is greatly appreciated! You can do this by clicking on the button below.
If you are volunteering for the fete and you haven’t already done so, please ensure you send through your proof of vaccination to covid19@sahighett.catholic.edu.au as soon as possible.
Help with Setup - Friday 18th
Many hands make light work! All welcome on Friday 18th March from 9am onwards to pitch in and help us with getting sorted - receiving cakes, sorting books, moving trash and treasure etc. Stall holders will start getting stalls/marquees set up/ready from 3:30pm onwards. If you have offered to donate items (marquees, trestle tables, eskies etc), you will have been emailed this week regarding this. Please ensure you drop these items to school on Friday.
CAKE STALL
Keep a look out for cake plates and info being sent home. Feel free to make anything you like such as cup cakes, slices, muffins, toffees, cakes, tarts etc (no cream please). Cakes are to be dropped to school on Friday 18th March. Thanks in advance for your yummy contributions. Happy baking!!
RIDE WRISTBANDS
Ride wristbands are available to pre-purchase at the discounted price of $35 until 3pm on Friday 18th March. Wristbands will still be available on the day at a cost of $40.

RAFFLE TICKETS
Sold raffle tickets can be returned to the P&F box in the office. Please return all sold and unsold raffle tickets by Thursday 17th March. There is still an option to purchase tickets online by clicking on the button below
