Music Notes

Music event schedule for Semester 2 is now live on the Princes Hill SC website Music Events page.

The first date for this semester is the Jazz/Latin/Soul night on Wednesday 30th August at Transit Lounge - Fed Square. This is one of our premiere nights of the year, and features our Contemporary Jazz Ensemble, Stage Band, Latin Band, and Soul Band. Tickets will be on sale soon.

In addition to the upcoming concerts, we will also have our VCE students involved in a range of workshops with the Melbourne International Jazz Festival and Melbourne Polytechnic. 

 At the end of last week, the PHSC Orchestra performed at the VSMF and were awarded a Gold Shield in their division. A big congratulations to all students and our fantastic conductor Jenny Going! Arnold St will also be performing on Monday 21st August.

Soiree's will also continue throughout this semester, so for those in the instrumental program please keep an eye out for upcoming dates. These will continue to be communicated to families involved only.
