4J
Nothing can stop 4J from having fun and working hard, not even a global pandemic! They’ve found that when they are at school, they are having an awesome time playing with their friends, telling stories and they feel like they have a lot more to do! 4J feel safe and welcomed because all the equipment is clean, there are hand sanitizer stations all over the school, if they feel nervous their friends are there to comfort them and there is always a teacher at the gate to greet them. They’ve been learning about how to write a persuasive text, transparency, translucency and opacity and reading clocks. 4J is also relieved that the restrictions have eased a little. Great job 4J!  By Catalina P

4M
After isolation it was very hard to come back to school but these two students pulled through and answered my questions.
First question was how were they feeling? Answer 1: Excited about friends but tired cause he couldn't slack off. Answer 2: Glad to be at school but sad to be away from home.
The second question was what were they learning? Answer 1: Maths was interesting for him because of shapes. Answer 2: Science was interesting because of the shadow  project they were doing.
Question 3 highlights. Answer 1: The colouring sheet for Reconciliation Week. Answer 2: Just being back in general.
Final question: what welcomes you? Answer 1: Seeing the messy tub that he adores once again. Answer 2: Seeing everyone again including the teachers.
Keep up the great work 4M.  By Jacob H
