Throughout 2020, your network has been running blog ads across social media. Using a mix of lifestyle and real estate focused content, we are putting the brand in front of people, positioning First National as not only an industry leader, but also a network that understands the lifestyles of consumers in our market.
Since the start of February, our blog ads have generated upwards of 4,300,000 impressions.
Sea Change/Tree Change National Digital Campaign
Ensure that you're taking advantage of our ongoing national social media campaign, Sea Change/Tree Change. This campaign gives you the opportunity to generate more listings as a result of Australians increasingly moving towards regional living. For further information on how you can use it to leverage your business, head to FN Central or speak to your BGM.
Since July, the national campaign has generated over 915,000 impressions across social media.
FN Firsts - National Social Media Campaign
In addition to our Sea Change/Tree Change campaign, your head office is running a national brand awareness campaign entitled 'FN Firsts'. The four month long campaign centres on four of the key elements that create the basis for one's real estate journey - buying, selling, renting and investing. Through utilisation of our 'We Put You First' slogan, we are aiming for First National Real Estate to be top of mind, regardless of the stage that any given individual is at in their property journey. One ad is running monthly across social media, with each focusing on one of the four key functions, and linking to a relevant blog on the national site.
Over the last eight weeks, the national campaign has generated over 526,000 impressions across social media.
As we announced last issue, First National Real Estate is partnering with the team at the Sports Entertainment Network, to celebrate their launch in Sydney. CEO Ray Ellis is currently joining Andrew Voss every Friday morning to update listeners on recent developments in the real estate industry.
