Lost Property, Uniform, Medical Forms, Privacy Policy, Subway Orders

CSEF

For those parents who have a health care card current as at 30th January 2023 or 24th April 2023 you may be eligible to receive CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund).   If you have not already applied for CSEF and believe you are eligible, please submit a CSEF application to the general office.  Attached is the CSEF eligibility information and application form.    Any enquiries can be directed to the General Office on 5448 4318.  

Subway on Fridays

Subway ordering will be back up and running for ordering on Friday 24th February via a new app called Canteen Hub.   Instructions on how to set up for your ordering are attached.  Please follow these instructions. Order by midnight on Thursday for Friday lunch day.

Are you receiving posts from Compass? What about emails?  If not, you may need to update your details with the office.  Please contact us to make sure all your details are correct.

Lost Property

Lost Property is located at the front door in the office. All clearly named items are returned to students. 

Note: Each term, any unclaimed items are disposed of or donated to our second hand uniform collection. 

Uniform

For all your school uniform items please contact Centavic Clothing.

Privacy

Our school collects, uses, discloses and stores student and parent personal information for standard school functions or where permitted by law, as stated in the Schools’ Privacy Policy. Medical Forms

If your child has recently been diagnosed with a health condition, Medical Forms are available by clicking on the image below or from the school office.

 

Up to date Medical Forms are required for Anaphylaxis, Allergy, Asthma, Epilepsy or any other health/medical condition that your child has been medically diagnosed with.
