PARKING REMINDER

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY AT DROP OFF/PICK UP TIMES!

Parents are reminded that when dropping off and/or picking up your child/ren, you are to use street parking only.

The residents surrounding the School grounds would appreciate if you did not park on their lawns or in their driveways.

SCHOOL PEDESTRIAN CROSSING

To ensure the safety of our students and families, drivers are asked to use caution when approaching the Children's crossing area.

Children’s crossings are part-time crossings. They usually operate during school zone hours, and at other approved times and locations.

When a children’s crossing is operating, it’s marked by red‑orange flags at both sides.

When you see the flags, you must slow down and stop before the white stripes or ‘Stop’ line to give way to pedestrians. You must remain at a complete stop until all pedestrians have left the crossing.

If the flags are not displayed, it’s not operating as a children’s crossing.

TERM 3 SCHOOL FEES

Term 3 School Fee Statements were emailed to families last week.

The due date for payment is the 30th Septemb 2023.

Payment options include:

🟢 BPAY - preferred option

🟢 EFTPOS - available at the school front office

🟢 Compass Pay

🟢 Cash or Cheque

🟢 ADIG direct debit - please contact Ms Hogan if you would like further information about this option.

Please remember, if you are experiencing difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact the school office to arrange a payment plan.

School fees are required to cover our running costs so it is important that your account is paid on time. Thank you for your co-operation.

SUMMER UNIFORM CHANGEOVER

The official changeover to Summer uniform is from the 1st September 2023. However, with the weather now starting to warm up students may choose to come to school in either Winter or Summer uniform. Parents are advised to use their discretion depending on the weather.

Please remember though, depending on your choice, that the students are to be dressed in either:

FULL SUMMER UNIFORM: A school jumper or jacket may be worn.

FULL WINTER UNIFORM - including school tie.

*** stockings are NOT to be worn with summer dresses.

*** no short sleeve shirts with trousers.

*** no long sleeve shirts with shorts.

BOOK COVERING VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Mrs Capp is looking for volunteers to cover books for the Library. If you are able to assist, please contact the School Office on 6792 1796. We appreciate any available time you have to offer!

All covering materials are provided.
