CAMP AT FOREST EDGE

POETRY PIECES

Here are some Year 6 Limericks:

There was a fat cat named Pat

He liked to sit on a mat

When the mat disappeared

Pat interfered

So he stole an old man’s hat

My dog is very weird

He had a big beard

His name is Bailey

I see him daily

My dog is very weird

My favourite food is pasta

Because it helps me run faster

It has a lot of protein

for a growing teen

So if you want to run faster come and eat some pasta

FIVE MILE CREEK

The Chairperson of the Sub Divison Committee of Five Mile Creek wrote to Year 6 students to inform them that the Five Mile Creek Housing Estate wanted proposals for the sub division of the land. Year 6 students followed the requirements of the Housing Estate to come up with a plan.

My Five Mile Creek Housing Estate includes lots of grassland and housing. The street names come from no particular topic but my sister likes foxes so that was the reason that I chose Fox Street. Max

My Five Mile Creek Housing Estate includes lots of green areas to keep with the natural feel. I created houses that were big to suit big families. Leah
