OSHC at Marion

At Marion OSHC, we are committed to providing quality learning opportunities, delivered in a safe, secure, and stimulating environment.

The children have been busy with construction, especially the packs of Woolworths Lego donated to us by the manager of Rundle Mall, Woolworths.  

Outdoor play has been mainly around ball games. The children have been having fun with hand tennis. This week we will be doing more art and craft including kangaroo dot pictures, colour infusing, paper roll butterflies and loom bands.  

Our special cooking treats this week will be something new, healthy pie maker muffins. Other activities this week will include nature and sand pit play. 

The July Vacation Care Program pack is available in the OSHC room, Front Office and on the school website.  One of our incursions will be Gaming Party Hire with the package including PS5, PS4 and Nintendo switch consoles with games and Virtual reality game and movie. Spaces are available to book into OSHC and the July Vacation Care Program. To book please phone or email the above contacts.

Parents are welcome to offer suggestions for programming ideas and to participate on our OSHC committee which meets twice a term. Being a member of this committee gives families the opportunity to have even more input into the program and if anyone is interested in becoming involved, please come and talk to Guy or myself. 

Most families are entitled to Childcare Subsidy so please apply to Centrelink to see if you are eligible. The Childcare Subsidy is applied to all fees including the additional ones for excursions and Incursions.

The following fees are without subsidy applied and are per child:

Before School Care:  $16.00         After School Care:  $26.00

Pupil Free Day:  $54.00                  Vacation Care:  $54       

Incursion Extra: $20.00                  Excursion:  $30.00
