In Unit 3 VCD, students explore designs for Melbourne Zoo in the communication, environmental and industrial design fields. Students investigate how the design process is applied in industry in order to create visual communications. They also develop a brief and commence their folio work for Unit 4.
In Unit 4 VCD they continue to develop their designs through the design process and create 2 design presentations that meet the requirements of their design brief. The remote learning arrangements of 2021 were not ideal for a folio subject like VCD, and it challenging year for VCD students and teachers. However, most students performed above expectations and considering their limited access to resources and guidance, we’re sure you will be impressed with their achievements.
