Student Leadership Induction Ceremony

What a night!!

The Student Leadership Induction Ceremony on Monday 22nd of February, was a night not to be missed. The room was buzzing with excitement, from students, staff and families, eagerly awaiting the presentation of their captaincy. 

Special guest – Carol Leuluia, Craigieburn Secondary Colleges 2020 College captain, opened the night with some incredible words of affirmation and an amazing story about her time as a Leader at Craigieburn Secondary College. Her words were not only uplifting for our 2021 Student Leaders, but were words that really inspired our staff and College community. 

Students were presented with their captaincy achievement and one by one experienced an immediate moment of empowerment – just a glimpse into what their year would feel like, making a difference as a leader at Craigieburn Secondary College. 

The night ended on such a high, with Breanna Dodd – the 2021 Performing Arts Captain performing a vocal piece that sent the room into a roar of applause.

Such a brilliant night, showcasing the wonderful talent at Craigieburn Secondary College and witnessing the many young, aspiring leaders we have amongst us.
