P&F

The P & F Association recognises and values the role that parents/carers play in the education of their children and aims to strengthen the partnership between family, school, parish and the wider community for the benefit of the faith formation, development and learning of all the students at the school.  The P & F Association has an important role in the school by providing opportunities for social events and for fundraising for the school.   The Office Bearers/Executive Committee is responsible for the management of the Association and is comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, together with ex-officio members (Principal and Parish Priest) and any other members elected at the AGM (held in Term 1 each year) meetings are held once a month.

P & F Meeting

Many thanks to all of our parents who took part in the P&F meeting on Tuesday via Zoom or face to face, it is very much appreciated.

 

The next P&F meeting will be this upcoming Tuesday 26th July commencing at 6.00pm at the library as well as Zoom.  

 

Athletics Carnival Menu available on Compass

As per previous years, this year the year 3 parents on behalf of the P&F are organising a bbq for the athletics carnival.

We ask that you pre-order your children's and any extra orders through Compass prior to Monday 27th June. Alternatively you can also pre-order your lunch on a brown paper bag with correct change and hand it in to Mrs Pittman at the front office before Monday 27th June. All orders MUST be in by the Monday prior to the athletics carnival as this allows us to pre-order items needed for the BBQ.

 

Year  3 parents will also have Tea/Coffee/Milo available for sale on the day as well as some home cooked treats for morning tea. Please bring change for this.

Sausage Sandwich $3.00

Steak Sandwich $8.00

Choc/strawberry Milk $2.50

Juice Poppers $2.50

This year the P&F have decided to allocate fundraising activities to year groups. A point of contact/class representative will liase with parents of their year to organise allocated fundraising activities.
