French 

FRENCH DAY! 

Bonjour! 

Ooh la la! 

French Day at BPS!

 It was magnifique!

The French Assembly set the mood for the day, where we acknowledged and celebrated our French teaching and learning.

The Preps were adorable and impressive with their French singing.

Many other students from various grades closed the assembly with outstanding French performances, reciting French poems, singing French songs, acting through mime, dancing and playing French music.

All students and staff were amazed watching Monsieur Courgette's French Magic Show.

There were smiles all around the school when the ice-cream truck arrived, students were very excited to be served a cup of French glace (ice cream). 

A cup of blueberry, lemon and strawberry sorbet! Gluten free, dairy free and nut free!

Un pot, une boule myrtille, citron et fraise! 

We had 2 competitions during lunchtime.

The Grade 6 students and teachers battled it out, eating some French favourites!

It was so entertaining to watch!

Congratulations to our winners!

A big thank you to you all (merci beaucoup), the school grounds looked very French, everyone made a great effort wearing BLUE, WHITE and RED and the energy from the students, staff and community was beautiful to watch.
